A gentle reminder to take time each day for self-care. We tend to forget about our own needs as we serve the needs of our family, friends, clients, and community. Self-care means putting yourself first for a moment – being mindful of your emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
Consider starting a daily self-care routine that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Whether it's a quiet moment of meditation, a leisurely stroll in nature, experiences that bring you joy, or simply taking breaks when needed, find what resonates with you and make it a priority. Your well-being matters, and by caring for yourself, you'll be better equipped to support others effectively.
my garden prayer….
We cherish the moments spent in your Holy Garden – a place to rest and discover the stillness of your Grace. You call us by our name. You walk with us. You talk with us. We hear you. We ask that you have mercy on us. Bless us with your healing light that you, forever, shine into our darkness. Teach us to open our hearts and hands, turn our fears and suffering Into channels of love, peace, joy, and kindness. Teach us to share your love and grace with our shattered world. Compassion, mercy and justice for all those suffering during these violent and turbulent days.
Protect and guide us all. Everyone. Give us strength to celebrate each precious moment of the day. We are blessed with your soft, gentle whispers of love that mend our broken hearts. Amen.
